Sauvie - Patient Experience Therapist
Sauvie (short for Sauvignon Blanc) is a highly trained emotional support animal who has been providing companionship and comfort since 2016.
At Yorkville Dental, Sauvie plays an important role in caring for patients with anxiety while lightening the atmosphere and making our office feel like home. She is hypoallergenic, very friendly, and has a strong grasp of consent and boundaries.
Bita Kolahdooz, Registered Dental Hygienist
Bita is a self-initiated registered dental hygienist, she graduated with honors from Toronto College of Dental Hygiene in 2008, where she won “The Best Clinician” award. She was born and raised in Iran, where she developed a love for healthcare while achieving her Bachelor's in Public Health Nursing from the Mashhad University of Health & Science. As our primary dental hygienist, Bita is compassionate and down to earth and strives to give her patients a positive dental experience.
Dr Sabrina Panetta, DDS
Dr. Sabrina Panetta earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree and Honours Bachelor of Medical Sciences Degree, with distinction, from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Panetta is dedicated to delivering high-quality and comprehensive dental care to her patients. She values the importance of a positive overall experience and ensures each visit is comfortable, friendly and informative.
Dr. Panetta is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Ontario Dental Association and the Toronto Central Dental Society.
Her interests include cosmetic, general and pediatric dentistry. Dr. Panetta is certified in Invisalign therapy and has completed training with Spear Education online and restorative implant prosthetics, amongst others. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, fitness classes and spending quality time with family and friends.
